Thessaloniki
The archaeolab of Thessaloniki is based in Pilaia, in a 2.5 acre area. There are two different excavation simulations. The first simulated archaeological dig is a part of a Hellenistic market and refers to the foundation period of the city of Thessaloniki. The second excavation refers to the period of the first farmers and concerns a Neolithic house. Residues of cultural material contained in the excavations provide clear indications and information on the characteristics of societies and the lifestyle of each period. In addition to the excavation simulation training programs, a variety of experimental archeology and art workshops are offered, aimed at families and educational institutions. The workshop area is also available for children's parties, with the option of customized programs tailored to the specific interests of each child.

Patra
The archaeolab of Patra is located in the center of the city, in a 1.5 acre area. The simulated archaeological dig is a Mycenaean house with individual storage, residential and laboratory spaces, where children are invited to reveal, among other things, architectural elements (wall / floor remnants), storage jars and their contents, food preparation and kitchen vessels etc.), bath, loom residues, Mycenaean archives (linear B signs) etc. The remains of the cultural material contained in the excavation provide clear indications and information about the characteristics of Mycenaean society and the Mycenaean way of life. In addition to the excavation simulation training program, a variety of experimental archeology and art workshops are offered, aimed at families and educational institutions. The archaeolab of Chania is located in Kissamos, in a space of 550 sqm. The simulated archaeological dig is a Minoan house with individual storage, residential and laboratory spaces where the children are invited to reveal, among other things, architectural elements (including wall / floor remnants) storage jars and their contents, food preparation and kitchen vessels, a Minoan wine press, loom residues, Minoan records (linear A tablets), a treasure crypt etc. The remains of the cultural material contained in the excavation provide clear evidence and information on the characteristics of Minoan society and the Minoan way of life.
